We dont know, it needs to be more specific.

I think his Raikiri is too weak to cost that chakra. 2 nin and 1 bloodline for only 60 damage? I can say that machine one shot of kankuro is beter even it needs a preperation. Because it's hard to make a move which need a specific type of chakra like the raikiri.

What can you guys say?

Kakashi will be the next Jiroubou.First he will come out very weak but after some boast he will be unstopble

It'll be interesting to see how his sharingan copy will turn out, i wonder whether you will be able to pick which move he copies. Plus i think his raikiri should be upped to 70. Other then that he will be good as.

I think he´s too powerfull, remember that almost every move that deals over 30 damage requires preparation, while Kakashi can pull of a 60Hp damage attack at any moment. Sharingan allows him to copy any move without any preparation too and he can stun for 1 round with 1 single tai...all this makes him a very difficult to stop character. I guess he won´t have these stats for too long, you what happens, the new chars are always overpowered when they first come out but after a week they are nerfed. I think this is what will happen to him.

yah there a glitch awhile back unlocking all the char and those were the stats they were goin to give kakashi

The 60 damage move won't be that bad if they give it a reasonable cool down(btw sakons 40 damage attack needs no prep ) I'd say a 2 turn cooldown would be alright.

1. Sharingan Copy - 1 Bloodline, copies enemy move for one
round, or negates enemy move (depends on move)
2. Nin-Dogs - 1 Ninjutsu, 1 Random, blocks the movement of one
enemy for 2 rounds
3. Raikiri - 1 Ninjutsu, 2 Random, causes 60 damage to one
enemy, if target is hold by dogs, it kills instantly.
They're the same except 1000 years of death is now Nin-Dogs.

You sure? That seems unfair, his nin-dogs, and then raikiri, is like gaaras desert coffin then desert grave yard, except easier to pull of. Also sharingan copy seems to be really cheap for me.

PS: does that mean that he could copy gaara's desert GRAVEYARD and kill someone instantly with only one red chakra?

Naw i got it from someone else. But guys it isn't that unfair. He is another character like Gaara, except he doesnt have 75% damage reduction. Instead he has a copy/negate move.

hes powerful now only cause noone has him. but as soon as people start unlocking him hell be weakened

i think it should stay that way, because aren't the jonins suppose to be stronger then all the genins
