Description: Samato Jumps High in the Air and starts to spin wery fast. with the spining and his chakra he can control the air around him. which allows him to control the wind and form it in at powerfull [chunnin lvl] attack and then slide the air current at his opponent. The air Wave has a range of 15m from Samatos body in the way of his enemy.

Description: Using Chakra and the wind around it Samato makes an invisible wall of wind which makes him invulnerable.
Jutsu Name: Wind Bind
Description: With chakra you can control wind up to a range of 10m. In this Area with using chakra, you can comprese wind making an enormous presure on your enemy with wind, so that he can not move. Because it costs a lot of chakra this techique only works for 1min.
Jutsu Name: Cyclon Storm
Description: With an enormous amount of chakra Samato is able to Control the wind [again]. When Jumping in air he is able to slide a very powerfull vawe of wind in any direction from him in an area of 20m. It can only be used twice in a fight.

History/Background:
Samato was born in a Ninja Family. His Mother was a Medical Ninja and his Father was a Jounin. They were are living a nice, comfortable live for few years, but when Samato was 5 his parents were sent on S-Rank Mission, but unfortunatly they did not came back. So we was left alone with 5 years. After hearing about the dead of this parents, he drowned his anger in training. He concentrated on Tai & Ninjutsu. He was ancknolwledged as a very talented ninja. He finished the academy with the highest notes at 7 years and became a genin at 11. They say he has the talent of Hatake Kakashi, Personality of Uchiha Sasuke and Will of Rock Lee, never to give up. Now his goal is to become a powerfull Jounin, so that he could protect the lives of his friends so that again he would not have to feel the pain of lose.
