Add Forum "Naruto-Arena Updates"
I feel like I'm missing alot of updates, and don't always think about checking the forum on "Naruto-Boards" This board could be used to post nerfs/boosts/changes on NA. It would help all members on this forum, and even non members who happen to veiw that board know the latest balence changes.
