the toad summon was when itachi and kisame tried to take naruto, but i only remember the hair thing happening in one of the first fillers when jiraiya naruto and sakura went to go sneak into orochimaru's lair, when that clan of ninjas trapped jiraiya in an alley and tried to take his money.

I think he should have resengan but it should do 50 or 60 because he is better than naruto

That's how it was yup. And it failed because Jiraiya wasn't able to mold chakra proberly because of that poison of Tsunades.

hmm this almost seems dead but after watchin sum of the fight between the sannin, i think these can possibly be the moves for jiraiya:

spiked buddha- invulnerable for one round 1 ran
hell swamp- stuns enemy for 2 rounds- 1 nin 1 ran (jutsu jiraiya uses in ep. 94 to trap orochimaru's snakes)
summon gumabunta- damage to jiraiya is reduced by 50%, enables toad fire bullet lasts 4 rounds- 1 nin 1 ran
toad fire bullet- deals 40 damage to all enemies- 1 nin 1 ran

so maybe there can be some changes in chakra cost but, overall i think those skills are realistic


thas wat i think too, hmm i guess u could make toad fire bullet 2 nin 1 ran but thas a lot of chakra if you think about it, u have to summon gumabunta nd then on top of that do the fire bullet, then again it is really strong

Well, those moves are REALLY cheap for something so good. I think their expenses will be a little more. Nice idea's though.
