What is this Fan Clubs Section about?
This Fan Clubs Section is provided for members to be able to create fan clubs for their favourite character(s).
What kinds of fan clubs can i create?
You can create fan clubs with themes revolving around:
- an individual character
- a pair of characters
- a ninja team (eg Team 7: Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Kakashi)
- an organisation (eg Akatsuki, the Ichiraku Ramen Shop)
To be the leader of a fan club for a character, these minimum requirements must be met:
1. Your post count must 200 and above.
2. The theme of your fan club cannot be the same as the theme of an existing fan club.

To request to be the leader of a fan club, start a new thread and post in this format:
1. The name of the character(s)/team/organisation you want.
2. The name of your fan club.
3. The description for your fan club.
4. The name that you want your discussion board to have.
5. The description that you want your discussion board to have.
6. Briefly tell everyone why i should let you be the leader of the fan club.
Please note that when you post a request, it does not mean that it will automatically/definitely be approved.
I will take these things into consideration when deciding whether your application will be approved:
- The content of your existing posts.
If you have been posting crappy posts or spamming just to increase your post count, it will be unlikely that you will get the approval for your fan club request.
- Your activeness and level of participation in Naruto-Arena Portal.
- Your conduct in Naruto-Arena Portal.
- Whether you have been abiding by the forum rules or have been breaking them.
- The reason you gave on why i should let you be the leader of the fan club.
What will happen if your request is approved:
1. A new discussion board will be created under the Fan Clubs Section. This is for your fan club.
2. You will be the moderator of the discussion board and you shall be responsible for it.
3. You will be the leader of your fan club group and you can invite members into the group.
Go to "Usergroups" at the top, select your group and add your members.
What will make me take away your status as leader of the fan club and moderator of your board:
1. You do not moderate your discussion board well.
2. You break the forum rules or ignore warnings from moderators in other Naruto-Arena Portal discussion boards.
3. You do not keep your discussion board alive. There should be at least 5 new posts in your board every 2 weeks.
