 | If Neji fougt Haku when Haku is alive there is a possibilty that Haku wil win. Neji can do Heavenly Spin but not that long. Haku knows a great deal about human anatomy as well, and can incapacitate or kill a person with a single needle. So a random attack just ike Kidoumarou did can make him win easily. Once merging with the mirrors, Haku can travel through them almost instantaneously, giving his opponents the appearance of moving in slow motion and allowing him to easily attack with a barrage of needles. |
Neji doesnīt need to make Heavenly Spin constatly (though against the fight against Kidoumaru we saw that he can use it a lot of times, remember that Neji only stopped using it because Kidoumaru found a way to top it with his spiderweb and not because Neji couldnīt use it anymore). But anyway, Haku wouldnīt be able to hide in the Mirrors and make surprise attacks, as Byakugan can locate the real Haku in any moment: this way Neji wouldnīt even need to use Heavenly Spin, as he would already know where the attacks will come from. Kidoumaruīs attacks werenīt random, he discovered what Nejiīs blindspot was and also he could control the trayectory of his projectiles with his web to keep them at the blindspot as they approached Neji. Haku canīt do this, he can only shoot needles in a straight line, which makes it even easier for Neji to locate where they are coming from so he even doesnīt need to use Heavenly Spin: he can simply avoid them or stop them with a localized chakra release. Also, Kidoumaru had to get far away from Neji to exit the Byakuganīs area of vision, while Haku canīt escape without dispelling his technique...so he will constantly be watched by Byakugan. That is why I think Neji can win easily this fight: it doesnīt mean he was stronger than Naruto and Sasuke at the time, just that Hakuīs technique is completely useless against Byakugan. Sasuke could negate it with Sharingan (and he was just starting to learn how Sharingan works), he only lost because he protected Naruto. Neji on the other hand was already an advanced Byakugan user at the time, so he wouldnīt have been caught by surprise in the begining as Sasuke was. Also, by been able to totally crush someone as fast as Lee makes me think that Neji can keep up with fast attacks like Hakuīs needles (and since they are long range attacks, he will still have more time to react to them). So I think that Haku wouldnīt have been able to lay an attack on him.
To attack himself Neji could have destroyed the mirrors by embedding his chakra on them, little by little destroying the technique. Once all mirrors are gone and Haku canīt run away he has nothing to do on a face to face fight against the most advanced Konoha taijutsu technique

 | After Timeskip if Haku is still alive he could also got stronger than before. |
This is something weīll never know...We still havenīt seen Neji use his new powers either, we only know that he has become a Jounin and that he was able to escape Water Prison (and free Lee and Tenten ) performed by an Akatsuki member: a technique that even Kakashi couldnīt escape against Zabuza. And we also donīt know what crazy Ice techniques Haku would have developed...

 | | | Lee (even without Gates) is fast as hell and he always looses agsint Neji... |
I agree that Lee always losses but he can bring a good fight with Neji. |
In fact they say just te opposite: that Neji always defeats Lee with no sweat...I like Lee a lot, but itīs been made clear that even though his taijutsu skills are great, they canīt do a thing against the Soft Fist style...
 |
 | But if Lee will activate gates and go all out he can win against Neji. |
Yeah, this could happen. Or not, Leeīs already very fast and strong but that doesnīt stop him from being beaten by Neji, so maybe by just putting this skills at the maximum it wouldnīt be enough...What Iīd really like to see is a fight Drunken Fist against Soft Fist, it would be really espectacular and this time I think Lee would have the advantage (Drunken Fist doesnīt raise Leeīs strength or speed but it makes him really hard to catch and makes his attacks totally unpredictable, thatīs why I think this technique may give him the required skills to beat Nejiīs taijutsu).
