Ok, maybe this has been asked (posted) but I'm curious about it and I am too lazy to search. We all know who the leader is obviously BUT as I was looking through the GRFX topic it suddenly hit me. Do we HAVE squads? I know back then I was in the "Daikarai" squad but it was just a name pretty much. Its not like I took pride in being in it since it was just a name to me. So anyway are we going to be making squads once we have more members or are we making them at all? If so, how will leaders be determined and such? Will the ones interested in starting a squads be the ones who lead one, or will it be by seniority (dont like the seniority idea) or will we vote on leaders? I'd personally like to add the whole squad thing to the clan..Like a real squad thing.


Ok... Im going to make a suggestion now (if we so squads and stuff). If we make all new ones we should only have small squads (maybe 5-10 people max). Also we should not have everybody belong to a squad. I guess it could be a slightly differnt way to instate a hierarchy but without having a difference between the regular "recruits" and the squads. As in squad membera cant kick you out the clan or be like co-leaders in the clan as a whole (unless you are the leader...lol). Squad leaders could kick someone out of the squad but not clan (with leader approval). This way the recruits have something to shoot for in the clan after they are in. Squads would have no extra power than reg non-squad members so theres no looking down at others but it would give you a bigger sense of pride in not only the clan, but your squad. I think it would also encourage more activity and friendship within the clan. As for recruiting suggestions (into squads)... The squads should pick one person as their right hand and the rest be picked in a draft format (maybe one every couple of weeks after initial pick). Maybe this whole football draft is getting to me but i think its a good idea.

Anyway.. Yeah.. Thats what was on my mind. Feedback and suggestions please all of you.

Lol yeah man. Being a swirly wirly spiral kind of makes me feel less hardcore. But yeah I think we need these things.

i didn't have any inspiration for the clan ranks and then i remembered that naruto = spiral, so that's how it came about.
it was just a temporary solution because i thought it looked plain with just clan leaders, clan captains etc.

cavey is the smartest it was meant to be a joke because like i mentioned, i didn't have any inspiration for clan ranks.
