it's meant to be viewable by non-members but not readable so that non-members can have a preview of what we have for clan members. u can see the board but u can't read the list of threads of any of the threads themselves.

we have mods and they are all in the group called ANBU. (you can check the usergroups at the top).
i kinda forgot to update the lists of mods but it's been done ;D

and regarding the invisible thing, i think that some of the sections are no longer relevant or in use. some boards were designated as public forums for the general public before naruto-boards came out. now they have lost their purpose and i don't forsee anyone posting in them in the future, which is why i moved it down all the way below the clock and locked those boards.

Oh didn't notice that some forums we're already invisible when I tried testing the move thing so nm about that

edit: It worked. Do you want all the "shadow" topics deleted? seeing as how we have the uncheck the shadow thing when moving a topic in the FAQ. The original topic should be in the right section but deleted in the old one before it was moved. I really don't know which topics are still "applicable" so maybe cave can do the unstickying and stuff.

some shadows are left deliberately for quick linking. usually those shadow topics are found in announcements boards.
