Appearance: Taka looks pretty normal, black hair, brown eyes, brown skin. He is usually wearing a lot of equipment, his Hawk Eye, bow, arrows, special arrows, explosive tags, etc. He is around 5 feet 6 inches and weights about 130 lbs. Normally has a smile on his face and always stands up straight. (Pretty accurate Pic of him below)
Personality: Taka is a very fun loving guy and when he is around his friends he is always cracking jokes and a lot of the time hell say random inside jokes that no one understands. He is very serious around his enemies and during battle. Most of the time he can keep a level head and logically think out moves during battle but if his anger builds up long enough he will become very aggressive and make bad, unthought out moves. He is very intelligent when it comes to technical/building/repairing thing but other then that he has an average IQ. Aside from battle he is normally in a good mood and is very friendly.

Character's History: Taka has always been a very tech savvy ninja because his dad, Jubei Shikake, is the head of the Special Weapons Development of Konoha. As a child Taka spent much of his time with his dad learning how to build/repair various equipment. When he was 10 Taka's dad gave him a specialized bow and since then Taka has been training as an archer. Because of his dads rank, Taka carries around many high tech items that enhace his archery skills. As a child Taka's goal in life was to fill his dads place as Head of SWD but ever since he got his bow he has been becoming more and more attached to it and now dreams of becoming the greatest archer in all the ninja countries.
Taka never payed much attention in the academy because he was always fiddling around with various items and because of this did poorly on his exams. He spent much of his recesses and off time practicing his shooting and creating items to better his archery skills. He made little friends in the academy because he was always practicing archery or building stuff.
Objectives: To become the greatest archer in all of Ninja Countries
