ive always wanted to c this battle, neji vs sasuke the 2 rookies of the year, byakugan vs sharingan. i really dont no who would win this 1........ im guna guess sasuke tho and curse seal isnt allowed jus to make it more fair so they hav to fight using there own power and brains that they were born with. i really have no idea why i say sasuke tho he jus seems better then neji....... idk wat do u guys think?

i guess neji would block all of sasuke's fire techniques with heavenly spiral, but i dont think it would block chidori

Without the seal Neji would pown him good. Just remember how Lee beated Sasuke and Lee was never able to do anything similar to Neji. Naruto even had to use the Kyuubi to beat him...

With the seal Sasuke will certainly win...

Yeah, there would be lighting lying every where As neji finaly is unable to continue spinning, he stops and the chidori comes just inches away from his chest

yah well that sasuke vs lee fight was very long ago and in just a month (an like 5 days) sauke was able to surpass lee by alot at the chuunin exam vs gaara but yah i guess neji pwns

Sasuke wouls kill neji bbecase if Sasuke is better than naruto and Naruto can beat Neji he could defently kill Neji even if he had to use CS
