Name: Secret Art: Mind Manipulating Technique
Type: S-rank, Supplementary, Short Range (Arms Length)
Description: This jutsu is hidden in the scrolls of Konoha and is unknown to many. Zaru secretly taught himself this jutsu. This jutsu is normally not used in battle because of the sheer length of time it takes to complete the jutsu and it must be used within arm's length. The user puts there arm on the target's head and starts flowing his chakra into the target's brain. The chakra must be applied for about 20 minutes. Once the jutsu is done the user may speak telepathically with the target and knows there location at all times. The user may also project himself inside the users mind. This jutsu is considered to be cruel because once it is active in the target's mind the user may implode there brain at any given time by simply making a couple hand signs.

Zaru has implemented this jutsu into all the organization members but they he never told any of them that he could kill them at any moment in time.

Description: This jutsu makes the target think that they are surrounded by total darkness, allowing the user to attack unseen.

Name: Fire Release: Ash Product Burning

Description: Unlike other fire-based jutsu, this jutsu allows the user to breathe out a cloud of superheated ash capable of causing third-degree burns. Because it is ash and not flame, the ash remains in the air around the target, and therefore remains potent for a longer period.

Name: Fire Release: Fire Dragon Flame Missile

Description: This technique exhales a long stream of incredibly hot fire from the user's mouth, not unlike that of a flamethrower.

Description: Zaru add wind manipulated chakra into his knives making them much sharper. He can also manipulate the length of the wind manipulated chakra which allows him to turn his knives into thin swords.

Description: The user affects the targets eye using genjutsu making it seem as if he disappearing into dust allowing the user to sneak up and attack the foe.

Description: This jutsu makes the target see sword all around him. The swords all stab him making them feel intense pain usually causing them to go unconsious from the pain.

Name: Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique

Description: Utilizing a large amount of chakra, a large ball of flame is exhaled from the user's mouth. When an Uchiha clan member masters this technique, they are recognized as an adult. This technique also seems to be fairly common amongst Konoha's Chunin-level ninja.

Description: Using Wind Manipulation the user may throw kunai shaped compressed wind at his opponent. These kunais are like any basic kunai accept they are harder to see and they are sharper.

Description: Requires Enma to be summoned. Enma transforms into his adamantine staff form and clones himself creating a bar cage around either user in order to protect user or target in or to capture him/her.

Description: Originally the 3rd's summon but he was passed down to Zaru as a child. He possesses great physical strength and fighting ability. Enma is capable of using Transformation: Adamantine Staff which allows him to turn into a large, extendable staff that is as hard as adamantine yet as sharp as a sword. He can also produce various body parts, such as eyes or arms, from the staff. Additionally, Enma can still move in the staff form, allowing him to return to the Third Hokage. Enma can even clone himself in his staff form, turning him into any number of smaller staffs that Enma uses for Adamantine Prison Wall.

History/Background: Zaru was born in Konoha and was raised as a child by his mother Kurenai. He greatly regrets not having had a father and remained mostly depressed throughout his childhood. As a genin he was taken in by Shikamaru who acted as a father figure for him and taught him his basic jutsu. Shikamaru then saw that Zaru leaned much more towards Asuma and the 3rd in terms of jutsu so he passed Zaru on to Konohamaru. Konohamaru taught him many fire based jutsu and he also learned some Genjutsu from Kurenai and Shikamaru. Being a Sarutobi he was greatly respected by many. Soon after being promoted to a Jounin at age 17 he joined the Konoha Council at age 22. Ever since he join the council Zaru has always thought of the 6th as being a cocky and playful Hokage who is not fit for the role and is not on good terms with the 6th. He always thought he could do a better job so he started up the Ketsurui Organization in order to subdue and possibly kill the 6th. Zaru is the twin brother of Taisu his sister.
