Range: Hearing distance (around 1m-20m) the farther away, the less the jutsu lasts.
Description: Papaki uses words, instead of handsigns to mold the chakra. The jutsu isn't as strong as most jutsu, becasue the practice of using words isn't much studied in his clan. He recites a poem, and focues the chakra into the words himself, but the words lose their chakra after a while. The jutsu's affects make the opponent think it is dark out and night. They won't be able to see much past their hands, and they will feel chilly and cold. This does not affect Papaki, but everyone else who hears it. After you hear it, you can't escape it until it wears off. (about 2-3 posts) You have to hear the whole poem to have it take effect, but because the words are made of chakra, its hard not to listen because the words are so beautiful.

Silent Night, Stars so Bright
Darkness falls, no more sight
No more sun, starts the fun
Cold, you'll get, no where to run
Silent, Silent you will hear
On the night, now near.
