I do as well. Not many games though, just Wii sports and Zelda.

You can also buy memory cards that can go in the controllers, if I remember reading that correctly.

Traded in your saves and games? Ouch! The Wii playing the gamecube games is genius.
I was looking for a fighter, and I picked up DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 2. If you're a fan of DBZ at all, it's great. It's certainly got a learning curve, but once you pick it up you can do some amazing things. The world is incredibly destructable, and the fights can be epic.
Maybe I just fell in love with it when I saw an awesome moment, who knows. But you know how you've seen the animes where one guy is throwing blasts, while the other guy is flying just ahead of them, and the blasts are exploding on everything near him? I was Krillin fighting a Saibaman, and we had the same thing going. Krillin's ultimate does 6! destructo disks, and that bastard flew barely ahead of each one (in his defense, he was flying pretty fast and around me, not at me). Even though he just dodged my ultimate attack (leaving me powered down and relatively ki-less), my jaw was agape while thinking "this is awesome."
They advertise 120 characters, but a lot of them are just powerups (including monkey forms!). Even still though, the arc goes through all of DBZ / GT (including most of the movies - the first 2 and bio-broly are left out), and includes a bunch of random characters to play (Master Roshi, Grandpa Gohan, Yajirobe, Kui (beginning of namek/frieza saga), Salza (first cooler movie), the entire ginyu force including guldo, etc. etc). Fusions are in it too. You can choose english or japanese language (if you choose japanese, only the voices are japanese - the text is still english, so you don't actually lose out on anything). I haven't gotten there yet, but from what I understand SSJ4 Gogeta is omgwtfbbq awesome.
