lets tlk about the most popular gamecube.......... SUPER SMASH BROS best game ever, i play it wit me friends all the time. if u guys play it wats ur best chars?

My best characters are young link and roy. (i love how one of gamecubes best games was a launch title)

Well i'm good with most characters but my best would be
Samus(on a big map. I just sit back and blow people to high hell)
Captain Falcon
Roy(that sword is just so hot)
Then Ness. Well i used him to beat the 51st event match after about 5 days of trouble.

My best is a tie: Zelda/Sheik (unlike most i actually use both) and C. Falcon. i got the event 51 with both of them and also, strangely, samus. i dont play her though.

then comes Marth, never tried the 51 event with him though...

then its probably Mewtwo but my unbeatables are those other 3...specially the first two.

I know right, me 2, actually no, i'm best with falco, but then jigglypuff, here's my list

1. falco (second fastest or fastest character in game with higher damage than fox)
2. jigglypuf (down b is the best move in the game)
3/4/5. sheik (extremely useful being able to change between zelda and sheik)
3/4/5. mario (extremely powerful charge move, and the most balanced character)
3/4/5. luigi (basically same as mario)
6. ......probably fox (because he is I think the fastest character in the game and he's like falco except weaker attacks)
7. .....um roy (his super sick charge move)

First-off, Fox is better than Falco in every way except when they are in the air. Air moves Falco pwns. Luigi is WAY better than Mario believe me. All of his moves are slower/easier to time (he floats, they aren't really slower) and they are all more powerful. Jigglypuff you are right, you should try her roll-out move too (B).

yeah I was thinking that about luigi and mario but mario is by far easier to control than luigi. Luigi's b acroos move, or whatever the one where he dashes across the screen in the air is really hard to control and besides, mario is mario =). Falco's moves in general are stronger than fox's, at least i'm pretty sure they are. and also most of the moves that I use with falco/fox are in the air anyway. And yeah I sometimes use jigglypuffs roll attack, but thats also hard to control and its just easier to use his punch and his super down b move.

I'm a huge fan of fox and jigglypuff. Fox is just too fast for me not to appreciate, and Jiggly can abuse big guys like no tomorrow. I probably like Yoshi the least, as if he gets knocked off the edge while spinning, he can't up-B to recover.

Mario's B-Up jump is better jump wise. Luigis B-Up is better K-O wise. Luigi's B-Side move is better K-O wise. Mario's is better defense wise. It can deflect shot moves. I like Luigi more because i'm a fan of his K-O moves.
And Shiek is fastest character in the game.
I prefer Fox to Falco(I don't spend much time in the air so i don't need Falco's air pwnage)

Aaaaaaaand does Jigglypuff's sleep move do anything? At all.

unless you are really good it can be effective in team battles but thats it, and sheik own sudden death matches. Yah fox i would say is better then falco becauase if you get falco in the air he is easier to juggle. And I agree Luigi is better then mario because his K-O is more effective then Marios defence. Even chars with huge defece will get owned by good K-O chars. Best defence = good offence

You have to be standing right over them (literally, like they're taking up the same space).

If you do his rest / sleep move then, it has a MASSIVE chance of knock-off and does almost 30% damage. About 3 of them will kill Giga Bowser in the final mission.

U serious? I'm going to try that. Oh and in reply to the kid who didnt like yoshi, with the right combo's(moves in succesion)he can pwn really bad. As for his jump his normal upwards jump is the biggest in the game(save the puffballs)
