I've been wondering about Gaara losing the one tail. It seems like he would be worthless doesn't it? He's Kazekage too, so they can't afford to have a weak Kazekage. Plus he spends his time refining the sand techniques so he doesn't really have anything else to rely on...

Mine would be:

10. Lee - His fighting style makes him what he is.
9. Haku - I like her bloodline abilities and her sad past too.
8. Gaara - A bad guy at first then turned into a good guy, thats suave.
7. Tsunade - Almost sacrificing her life for the sake of Konoha.
6. Jiraiya - The reason behind Naruto's great achievement.
5. Sakura - Her jutsus are so sexy. Little Tsunade.
4. Kakashi - Great sensei for the Team 7.
3. Hinata - Innocent looking eyes but posseses great power.
2. Shikamaru - Lazy, highly intelligent, lazy. Need i say more?
1. Naruto - He doesn't have mind like Shika but his own virtue touches everyone directly within their heart.

Gaara can still use the sand as before, the only thing that has changed is that now the sand doesn´t defend him automatically. I wouldn´t call him weak....specially if he can make you explode in pieces with a Desert Graveyard

If you look at japanese history there are a lot of instances of boys posing as women, watch zatoichi for example, and Haku even did use his feminine looks to pose as a girl. I think they did it to reflect his personality, if haku wasnt so feminine looking his personality would have clashed. And personally it isnt that hard to know he is a guy if you watch enough anime.
