Yeah but he wouldn't be able to even hit shino with all of his bugs. Plus, Shino is insanely intelligent. He would find a way to destroy kiba

Sounds like this needs to be settled through a good old fashion RP!

Here's how I think it would turn out.

Kiba lunges at Shino who dodges, but Akamaru is already there, jumping at him and marking him. Kiba uses his Beast-human bunshin and then does his thing, attacking Shino with mad speed. Shino uses Kage bunshin to make clones, kiba tries to use his nose to determine the real one but they all have akamaru's sent on them! He attacks one while akamaru attacks the other one, but both are bug clones, which ingulf kiba and akamauru. Before kiba collapses he mutters something dramatic like "HOw... I should have been able to smell your bug clones..." Shino replies "Akamaru never marked me, from the beginning you've been attacking a bug clone. ENDED! Of course in an episode there would be alot more flashbacks of Shino's tragic childhood and Kiba's relationship with akamaru.and many more pauses inbetween moves, and probably alot of shino trying to use bugs on kiba but kiba spinning them off.

shino can use his bug clones, trick akamaru to pee on that bug clone, disperse the bugs and kiba wouldnt know where to attack.
shino will win.
