My opinion is that right now the wii is huge because its new. I think that once everyone who wants one, or doesn't want one has one, that they will see a sizable drop in profits because there are so few games that are actually appealing to most of the more serious or older gamers. I'm all for the PS3. At the moment it is the best system out there, but it's also the most expensive, but If you remember when the ps2 first came out, it was priced at about $500, but now is the no.1 played system. As with the PS2, nothing really big happened for it until Final Fantasy X hit North America, so the same will prolly happen for the PS3. The X-Box, unfortunately, has a horrible international standing and few people outside of North America play one. So, the PS3 will probably win out in the end because they took their time and made a better system then the competition, the X-box, which is already starting to reach its limit, and the Wii which is like a mario party kind of system where its only really fun to play with a group or for younger children, although Twilight princess is sweet.
