Well, I haven't registered my RPG character yet, but I will do it after having these things approved. Anyway...

Tetsumitsuno is a small clan in Konohagakure. They are best known for their quality arm-guards which are said to be reactive to user's chakra. Whenever someone in Tetsumitsuno clan becomes a Genin, they are given a new-forged Arm-Guard specially adapted to Tetsumitsuno's chakra. While the clan hasn't any real Bloodline limits, they have developed an affinity to certain techniques using their Arm-Guards (See Weapon and Jutsu Registration later on for more details). The current leader is Tetsumitsuno Shou.
