Quebrada, King of speed, is a special summon that can only be summoned, as of right now, by Hazakura Enishi, as he's in control of the only scroll. Quebrada holds a strict code of honor though, so, even when summoned by somebody else, is always loyal to its rightful master. Enishi in this case (or any member of the Hazakura family)
Quebrada is an A-rank summon with skills that easily match those of a Tokubetsu Jounin. In appearance he looks like a cross between an Iguana and a horned chameleon, but with a serpent tail, and no legs (just arms, near the head). It has a big (chameleon-like) head, with barbs such as those seen in Iguanas and two horns protruding from its "forehead" (between its chameleon eyes), just like the horns on horned chameleons. He's ALWAYS moving, kinda like a hyperkinetic kid. His head is around the size of the head of a big bull, and he's about 5 meters long from his ehad to the tip of its tail, getting thinner the closer to the end; the tip of its tail being as thin as a thread.
Quebrada is known (as he introduces like that himself) as "king of speed" seeing as its really tremendously fast. When trying to go slow his speed would easily outmatch that of most nins. When trying to go fast he's not only invisible to the human eye (on normal speed he's invisible to the human eye) but also capable of transforming into lightning (as it would need to transform into light if it were to speed up any more).
Quebrada is not too strong though, and although awfully fast, just a couple of hits would knock him out (no one can touch it though so...)
His claws are as strong as regular metal and allow for quick attacks on the enemy, as well as help deflecting enemy kunai.

Brutally fast. Ridiculously fast. Fast fast fast. Its all there is.
Can turn into lightning at will OR by command of its summoner.
Can generate a small field of electricity to defend itself.
Can transform into a twin bladed sword (not used by Enishi) OR into the Chain of lightning (Enishi's choice for a weapon)
