Description: With chakra you can control wind up to a range of 10m. In this Area with using chakra, you can comprese wind making an enormous presure on your enemy with wind, so that he can not move. Because it costs a lot of chakra this techique only works for 1min.

Description: With an enormous amount of chakra Samato is able to Control the wind [again]. When Jumping in air he is able to slide a very powerfull vawe of wind in any direction from him in an area of 20m. It can only be used twice in a fight.

Im not an approver so you dont have to listen to me but i wanted to make some suggestions. Please dont take this the wrong way.

I think he's way too powerful. My char (a 19 year old tensai Jounin) would probably have to get serious on him, if they were ever to fight, and he's a 9 year old genin. By 9 hes way too young for something as powerful as your A-ranked jutsu (And so many B ranks). Take into account that Kakashi invented chidori when he was made an ANBU squad leader by the age of 14 or so. And it was an incomplete jutsu (Chidori is an A-rank jutsu as well). Most Jounins have two or three B-ranks and one A or S rank as their "ace in the hole" jutsu. Some have no S ranks.

Just for you to take into consideration. As i said im not an approver, so nothing i say has any real weight, but i would really like it if more people joined the RP so i dont want you having trouble over something as healable as this.

You know taht a genin can only use C-rank jutsus, so all the other would just be made in advance, when my character grows.
i was also thinking on some basic and other jutsus, but just did not had the time to write them.
i just wrote the ones that i had i made for some time now, of course i know this are not suiting a genin.

ur jutsu are......powerful.......got a couple problems...

-Wind abosorbtion is quite useless if you ask me....I dont even get what it does, u suck up wind? that makes no sense so i suggest you just take out the entire jutsu all together because its only used to allow you to use ur other jutsu.

-Most if not all your jutsu have way too big of a range (even for a jounin lvl). Do you know how far 150mm is??? thats pretty far. I suggest you cut all your ranges in half....

i will edit all the ranges...

about the absorbation...
Cyclon Storm is a finishing move like sasuke's chidori or kakashi's raikiri.
but cuz it's so powerfull i wanted to made a limit of it, so that it would not be to easy.
i will also delete this absorbation and change the storm...



now for the most immportant...

can i write down more then five jutsus?
i would just like to write down all the jutsus i find good for my character, before i forget them.
you don't need to approve them all yet, cuz a gennin can only used C-rank jutsus and can only know 5...
so the other jutsus would just be for later, when my character would grow...

your character can know up to five jutsu as a genin. You can have your character no all the jutsu you wrote u just have to nerf some of them....

it probably meany that i have to change their power and this...
